Children, with parental supervision, record their daily physical activity during a one-month period. Completed Activity Logs are turned in to participating Healthy Futures school administrators.

Incentives

• First completed Log – earn a Healthy Futures Nalgene water bottle.
• Each additional Log – earns a carabineer, dog tag or shoe token.
• Three completed Logs – entered into a grand prize drawing for sports package of choice, valued up to $300.
• Five completed Logs – receive a Healthy Futures’ Physical Activity Star
  t-shirt.

The annual program runs June 1 through May 31.
